Dug a pit on W-NW aspect at ~9200 ft in thomas fork. Notably we found a weak interface 65cm from the snow surface. This is likely the interface from Saturdays storm.This layer failed suddenly in extended column testing with energetic propagation, ECTP31 (we gave it an extra smash for good luck) the slab was fairly soft, fist to 4 finger hardness and right side up.
