Problem
Persistent Weak Layer
Problem #1 Comments
Today I dug on a NW facing slope at 7778' to try and find NSF buried below the past week's snow. HS was 275cm at this location. Stability test results: ECTP21 down 65cm from surface, on near-surface facets. The layer was easy to spot with the eye, and was well developed. With more snow predicted in the coming week, this will be a layer I will continue to track.
