Set of 3 knife hardness M/F layers underneath storm snow with 5cm 4F snow in between each of them. I tested on a ~30deg SE face with no trees, and had a clean fracture between lower two layers under taps from elbow. Rode a similar slope and heard some whumpfing/felt some collapsing under foot. Worth watching over the next few days. Dug down to the ground, everything else was consistent 1F right side up and stable. 190cm snow depth, column broke 25cm down with 5-10cm new snow and little wind transport.
