Weather Comments
Wind was the story. One of those days when you keep checking your zippers, certain they are open. Alas, just the wind passing right through. Easily transporting snow, building cornices on ridges, crossloading mid-slope. By 5 P.M. the wind had created wind crusts, pillows and sastrugi. Still found some fun snow through south-facing aspens for our exit. Visibility was often absent. See photo.
