Snow Characteristics Comments
I know it blew hard yesterday and into last night, but the winds must have decreased very rapidly during the period when most of the snow fell, because it was generally low density, undisturbed Utah powder. There were places where there was wind scouring and the new snow was thin and the underlying snow was hollow and punchy, but those conditions were mainly on the ridgelines.

Red Flags Comments
We had at least 4 good sized settlements/collapsing through the day, but each was in an obviously wind loaded spot, generally on or in the lee of a ridge. We didn't get any collapsing even in the open areas of the generally tree runs where we were skiing/breaking trail.
The estimated danger rating for today/tomorrow is based on what I saw in Mill D, and is likely not appropriate to steeper and more wind exposed terrain.
