Comments
I got into some steep north facing terrain today and found a wet slide on the adjacent NE facing slope that had popped out yesterday afternoon when the heat was on. Along the steep north facing ridge line, with a cornice kick, the top 3-4 inches of snow dinner plated wall to wall in this terrain trap. The snow ran fast through the trees then finally came to rest mid-slope.
