Winds have been ripping but we didn’t see any up to 9800 feet where we turned around. We could see evidence of strong winds above us but visibility wasn’t too good.
Comments
The odd place with graupel under a slab of wind drifted snow may be the main problem. But such strong 11k winds may have sent the snow to Vernal instead of forming wind slabs.
