Snow Characteristics Comments
Snow surface had about 4-6" of moist snow that did not seem to have a refreeze last night at low or lower-mid elevations. At low elevations, this snow stayed moist throughout the day. At mid elevation a thin 1cm crust formed on top of the moist snow. About 0.5-1cm of new snow fell by early afternoon with some small, soft wind drifts beginning to form.
