Nice and wintery. Observed some blowing snow at upper elevations.

Nice powder riding. The snow was deeper down low and at mid elevations in Franklin Basin, with only 6 or 7 inches up higher in Steep Hollow.

Shallowly buried layers of faceted snow are widespread and so are the variable crusts capping it.

Comments
More widespread weak setup at mid elevations, with thin m/f crust capping very loose faceted snow on slopes facing north half of compass. Snow is a bit more varied up high with wind, rime, and m/f crusts sandwiching layers of facets snow.
