Comments
195 cm of total snow depth was found in the pit location, much of that may have been wind transport accumulation on the east facing aspect from SW winds blowing up canyon in Gold Basin. Facets at the base of the snow pack were the only weak layer noted. Facets are rounding and forming bonds between grains. An ECT was performed with no result (no failure).
