Noticed cornices forming on a eastward facing slope. Winds were very strong on the ridge, coming from the West. Central Cardiff has sun poking through, while further into the Canyon winds appeared to be strong. Excellent riding conditions and safe slopes.
Broke several relatively small cornices prior to descent. Several cornices reached up to 10-12 feet.
