Hand pit on Southwest aspect at 8400' high 20s slope angle. Great skiing. Cold cold day today. Snowpack seems to be settling into right side up with upper layer of new snow fist, mid pack 4F to 1F and basal layer at 4F hardness. HS of Roughly a meter. Basal layer seems to be healing and rounding out compared to last time I was I in this area. Keeping an eye on the next storm to see how it comes in.
