Comments
-The hard, translucent rime/rain crust from Nov. 12 is capping sugary faceted snow. There is a few cms of very weak faceted snow above the thick crust with a thin sun-crust and SH capping it.
-Looking up (to the west) at pt. 9248 and Cornice Ridge from the cattle guard on Tony Grove Road.
-Overall thin snow cover, with lots of rocks sticking out of the snow on most slopes.
-I'm keeping track of terrain that is bare of snow, which will not have a suspect base of sugary October and November snow. Here is a look at some terrain in the Wood Camp Area.
