Dug a quick hand pit on CSR, east facing, near Rees and benson ridge line. New snow of about 10 inches was siting on a very fine layer of facets over a fine crust. New snow broke CTE 5 with a clean shear above the slight crust. Couldn't get the layer to propagate in extended column
