Comments
The sun hit the snow hard today. On the south side the top 6-8 inches of snow was damp by mid-day. On the south side the snow depth was 130 cm at 10k and on the north side at 10k it was 2 meters. East facing aspects above 36 degrees range had wide spread shallow soft slab avalanches within the new snow.. My south side ECT test failed ECTN 25 within a density inversion in snow.above the December facets.
