Weather
Weather Comments
Inverted temps. Single digits at trailhead warming to 20’s above about 8000’. New crop of surface hoar and near surface facets rapidly developing in the cold temps at lower elevations. East wind event Monday heavily eroded upper elevation areas that were exposed to the wind. Mid and lower elevations seemed to be spared. I didn’t note any significant wind damage or loading below 8800’, except on the exposed SE aspects of Ben Lomond above North Ogden.
