Moderate with Strong gusts in the AM generally out of the North/ North West. Winds tapered by mid day. Observed new snow being transported above 10k in Red Pine. Wind slab evident in upper elevation terrain. Small terrain features where reactive to ski cuts producing shallow wind slabs on isolated terrain features above 10k.

Wind effect snow in open terrain above 10k in Red Pine with 3-5cm of new snow on top. Good shallow powder skiing. Settled powder skiing in trees. Photo looking back at No Name Baldy around 1pm after winds decreased. (not sure why the picture is upside down..... tried to get it the correct way 3+ times :(
