snowed hard for a bit in the morn adding another inch or two to the 6-10 that had already fallen. At mid-ish elevations there wasn't any evidence of the winds that were reported higher.

the snow got a little thick and damp at the lowest elevations. The new snow seemed to bond well to the old snow on both north and south aspects, with no slab development. I can imagine that with the winds that did blow slabs could've/would've/did happen up high, but not where we were.
Comments
We did see debris that had run down off the top of the mineral ridge (obscured by clouds) and thus we stopped a hundred+ feet below where I normally stop, not wanting to tickle the dragon (NW facing, 9500 feet).
