Observed Surface hoar beginning around 9,600 feet on Scotties bowl. Appeared to be widespread. Could produce a weak layer at upper elevations without a wind event prior to the next weather cycle.
also, excellent "loud pow" skiing on N facing aspects, an indication or near-surface facets that formed overnight.
