Had a great ski down South facing Goldminers into Gold Basin then toured up the debris pile of an avalanche that likley occured during the last storm cycle. It appears to have started just below the cliffs of the Tele Gold area. It was nearly 100' wide and 200' long with a decent 6" of new snow deposited ontop of the debris. We skied beautiful Five star (as they say in the Wasatch) powder to the lookers right of the slide path on the way down. Sadly my incredible photos are now stored in a differnet format (HEIC) so can't upload now.. Ugh. Now I remember why I never do obsevations..
