NNE facing aspect at 9300ft in the Ice Box. Extended column test showed no failure, shovel sheer test has a clean break with little propagation at the new snow interface. No sign of October faces near the ground. Estimated total snow depth of about 80cm. Overall good snow structure. The only noticeable weak layer is the new snow interface.
