Comments
Travel today was from the Alta Guard up to LSB NE facing, Cardiac Ridge, then into Mineral Fork via the Room of Doom. Got a better look at Cardiac Ridge today and the entire slope had avalanched during the storm with some large debris piles skiers right of the main line off the top. Also notable slides during the storm were noted on LSB, Cardiac Bowl, Room of Doom wall to wall and a large slide off Mongo No in Mineral leaving a impressive debris pile at the bottom. The main activity noted today was wet activity on SE facing Cardiac Ridge and some of the W facing in Mineral and all aspects below 9000ft were damp or recrusted on our exit out into BCC. I think a few days of just a little sun and heat tempered the snow and made the wet activity a little less pronounced. I did note one skier triggered wind slab in the Room of Doom in steep rocky terrain.
Photos: wet activity on SE facing Cardiac Ridge, skier triggered wind slab in the Room and wet activity at lower elevations.

If the sun comes out in earnest I would expect more wet activity tomorrow
