Problem #1 Comments
I was easily able to initiate small wet sluffs, and I noticed a few natural loose wet avalanches in steep terrain on the Ogden Valley side of the divide. Loose wet avalanches could entrain snow above the Valentines Day rain-crust and get pretty big on sustained steep slopes.

Decreasing Danger
Problem #2 Comments
With the sustained strong SW wind, I'd expect drifts at upper elevations to be quite hard by now and difficult for a person to trigger. Hard wind slabs can be tricky, sometimes letting people get out on them before releasing.

At low elevations near the North Ogden Divide, warmth and saturation have effectively destroyed the sugary layer of near surface facets that had formed right on top of the Valentines Day rain-crust and caused several naturals in the area as well as the avalanche which caught and carried a skier on Monday, 2/25/19.
