Fast settled powder abound. This area of Mineral was spared the winds, minus the evident windloading and cornices on the ridge lines. Found low danger in the areas skied. Increased danger likely on ridges.
240cm snowpack depth, 100cm pit dug - Fist to 4F profile setup nicely. ECTX, CTX. Weaker Graupel layer found at 65cm non-reactive. Might be a localized layer from the moonlight cliff above the pit. Small surface hoar near the bottom of the slopes.
Anything with due east aspect was getting a bit damp by noon.
