Throwing this ob up for people that are curious about the timing of our corn crop. Started hiking at 7:30am, after a hard freeze last night all aspects and elevations were froze up tight. SE-E was perfect corn at around 9:00am, and stayed supportable until around 11:00am when it started to get sloppy. West facing USA Bowl started to soften around 12:00pm and lasted about a hour before it became sloppy. Both these locations are around 10,000ft in elevation. We usually don’t see good corn cycles in the central Wasatch but this one has lasted the last three days and the corn is fat and ripe, and also quite dirty.
