Outstanding turning conditions, especially lower angle terrain facing the north half of the compass. New snow was quite surfy... it's got some body.

Red Flags
Red Flags Comments
No real red flags today. Thought I'd see a little more wind loading where I traveled, but the snow was rightside up and well behaved.

Problem #1 Comments

Where the snowpack is deep, like upper BCC/LCC, many slopes have a solid pack and there's a good amount of green light terrain. However, just outside of these deeper snow zones I continue to do my homework and re-evaluate the snowpack structure on a drainage to drainage basis.
