Snow Characteristics Comments

Plenty of wind and sun damage but still good riding conditions in sun and wind sheltered terrain. Plenty of south and and westerly aspects completely scoured.

Surface hoar noted in localized terrain but laying over...perhaps more upright in more protected areas.

RR and diurnal squares noted in localized areas. Some areas will have a weak snow surface for poor bonding with additional snowfall provided it has not degraded or healed in coming days.

Red Flags Comments
General poor structure though mostly dormant* for the time being. Additional wind loading noted but not optimal wind speeds for classic wind drifts. Hard slabs possible in isolated terrain.
