9700 feet, North aspect

Depth Hoar Bowl had mostly depth hoar (facets) to the ground in most places with some thin slab formed not to exceed 10cm on the north aspect. Just about everything in the higher angles sluffed to the ground but did not propagate except when I moved to a more easterly aspect. In areas with wind loading some propagation was noted. Generally speaking Norrh aspect 8800 to 9900 shaded was facets to the ground with 1-2” of new sierra cement on top. Sluffs ran slowly and did gain some momentum typically running 1/4/-3/4 of the path.
