The snow surface on the west face is a hodgepodge of breakable wind crusts and punchy shallow rotten snow.

The bowls are still shallow but skiable. Less wind hammered but mixed bag of soft snow and wind jacked.

The snowpack in the bowls is exactly the same as we've been observing everywhere. Slab on top of facets.

Slab on top of a crust/facet multilayered sandwich. The biggest concern is still the facets on top of the Thanksgiving crust. Very weak interface with little change in strength. ECTP 16.
