Snow in exposed upper elevation terrain was wind effected. West facing aspects had the most wind damage making the skiing less enjoyable.

Went to check out the avalanche off Pole Line Pass into Mill D South. The slide was rather impressive. Travel on Intermediate Ridge, Lower Ivory, and Montreal Hill resulted in widespread cracking and collapsing. It was hard to idenify what has and has not avalanched in exposed terrain due to strong and steady winds blowing in the crowns and debris. It was easier to idenify what has slid sheltered terrain.

Here is a pic of another avalanche, remotely triggered by the skier yesterday who triggered the slide off Pole Line Pass.
