While the thermometer read -1°, the September rounding facets seemed moist. When pressed the grains stuck together. Cross loading on the ridges was complex from the winds shifting mid storm. While the tops of some ridges were scoured, only a few feet down a wind slab was growing. High spatial variability. CT was performed 2x and CT Moderate with Sudden Collapse was found both times on the September and new snow/graupel interface. ECTN 15 was not a reliable test due to rocks
