Red Flags Comments
We repeaed laps, not a lot of terrIn covered and kept it mellow so maby more flags than we saw. II saw 1 small slide from guessing yesterday. 40' wide ran 400'. Skier triggered. I could get some cracking by stepping above skin track on test slopes but if snow was not undercut It wouldnt crack. Wind wise there was some scouring on sub ridges and skintrack from yesterday was completely filled in in a few spots. Guessing nw wind. Pit wise dug 3_ i could not get any to propigate. The weak layer to watch imo is old snow new snow interface. It is from 10"-17" down. It goes from 4 fingers to pencil very abruptly (a lemon). The question is how much did it heal today, how much load can it handle.
