5 star views, 5 star company, 3 star skiing. Maybe more. Supportable wind buff, quasi-corn all consistent. Some rimed snow surfaces predominantly up high and westerly.

Wet Snow
Problem #1 Comments

Loose wet commonplace up to size 1.5 on sunny aspects from Wed; this also noted on mid-elevation northerly aspects today as well, though more minor in scope. Cloud cover and moderate westerly winds kept things in check; but enough blue sky to adequately ventilate the snow surfaces (ie - no greenhousing).

Avalanche Problem #2
Problem
New Snow
Problem #2 Comments

Mostly healed and dormant; clean CTM shears a foot down though no propagation with tests. Remnant layering as noted in control work with air blasts from two days ago on the east side of the Eden valley.

Comments

Looking down at old debris piles. Significant avalanche damage in Cutler Creek and in the basin.

Random glide crack

Gigantic cornices to be avoided along the skyline
