Noticed a couple shallow soft slabs that came overnight in steep wind loaded terrain (photo below). Likely came out with the bump in winds overnight. This area loads very heavily with NW winds. Elsewhere found very few wind slabs, and what few there were had settled out. Did test one steep wind loaded slope very similar the one that had the naturals. Pulled out a pocket up to 1.5' deep and 20' wide (photo below), but the the depth quickly tapered off on the edges (i.e., was just loaded in the one spot). No doubt the higher you go (this was at about 10,500') the more likely you are to find these. Thiking most moderate tomorrow on terrain below approximately 10,500'.
