Snow Characteristics Comments

A solid 2 feet of snow by the end of the day in Yellow Jacket and Alexander Basin. Shallow soft slabs easily triggered on leeward slopes, they seemed to be naturally avalanching throughout the the storm otherwise would have been bigger if they were not repeating.

Red Flags Comments
Cornices remotely triggered from a distance into Alexander Basin. Ski cuts on steep rolls produced shallow soft slabs. Worked my way up the ridge to the top of Gobblers Knob but could not see much besides cornices failing from a distance and the wrath of the NW winds.
