Snow Characteristics Comments
Storm snow is now quite settled. recrystallized powder is fast and smooth. About 6 inches of soft snow on top of a dense slab. The surface hoar is growing fast. On some aspects we saw feather shaped crystals up to an inch long. Snow pack felt really stable but cornices were still really sensitive. easy to break of large chunks.
