I stayed below the highest ridges, below 9300'. No cracking observed today, although surface sluffs were moving readily, with one running 100 yards in 40 degree terrain.

The size of some of the running sluffs had me doing some cuts and the occasional traversing line, to make sure the snow movement was manageable.

Below, a sluff that ran 100 yards in steep terrain, 8600', N facing. I chose to do some traversing cuts in some areas like this. Much of this area had tracks before this storm cycle.
