Snow Characteristics Comments

Excellent riding and turning condition. I don't think it could be any better. The dense snow from the other day is providing a nice platform to go just about anywhere while also providing hero trail breaking.

Problem #1 Comments

I am still concerned about full snow pack avalanches. I kept to terrain today that previously slide AND left debris behind providing an abrasive layer for all of the new snow to adhere. While skinning back up I made sure to keep to dense trees so as to not remote trigger any slides, like I did last week while skinning up the same drainage but that day in sparse trees.

Problem #2 Comments

Lots of loose dry snow running both naturally and skier triggered.
