ALL - A natural avalanche cycle occurred in the early morning hours across the range that involved both new snow avalanches (Cottonwoods and PC) and new snow avalanches and avalanches into the mid-pack and the ground (Ogden). In LCC, Superior, White PIne Chute and Little Pine Chute ran naturally just after 4am. Mountain resort control teams found sensitive new snow avalanches with ski cuts and explosives, with the occasional hard and deep slab avalanches in high northerly terrain in upper LCC. Hard slabs with explosives also noted along the PC ridgeline.

OGDEN: naturals noted overnight on north and northeast slopes above 8500'with size 2 and 3 slides going into old faceted snow with explosives; some to the ground.

PROVO: a natural class 2 avalanche ran in the northeast chute of Elk Point above Aspen Grove overnight.
