Man oh man, reminds me of days of old, lots of perfect, right side up snow. Some of the best powder skiing i've done in a couple years.

Surprised by the lack of instability with the huge load. small areas of localized cracking but otherwise nothing in the areas I traveled and skied.

The thin graupel layer 30 cm down could be a problem, but I suspect it will heal very quickly.
