Got a report from a sledder that Tony Grove area is highly variable. Upside down snowpack with a substantial 2" thick ice crust. Rider reports horrible skiing conditions so his party stayed on snowmobiles only to find somewhat dangerous riding conditions. Unable to turn sled skis as they broke through crust. Unconsolidated snow underneath that crust made for a very frustrating afternoon.
