  • Rain to 8300 feet.
  • Surprisingly really good skiing - bring the wide boards. Surfy snow!
  • Buried near surface facet weak layer on shady slopes above 8,000 feet.
  • Wind was not transporting snow off ridges.
  • Minimal wind slab development due to thick snow.
  • ECTX (no propagation) on new/old snow interface.
  • ECTX (no propagation) on the basal facets in the repeater slide path.
  • Damp and soggy conditions below 8000 feet.
