Now about a foot of soft snow above last Saturday's rain-crust.. Nice shallow light powder conditions and the snow stayed dry and fluffy on east facing slopes even in the afternoon.

I observed no obvious signs of instability, but the snow is only about three feet deep and I'm still a bit leary of the existing suspect snow structure.
