Cold temps lower in the drainages leaving White Pine TH around 9am.

Dry settled powder on shady slopes at all elevations returning to White Pine around 5pm. East facing may have held up throughout the day with cold morning temps. Westerlies will be sporting a crust after today. Small surface hoar low in drainages.

A few minor wind slab releases noted in leeward northeast facing terrain in upper Red Pine. Small, point release wet sluffs became increasingly frequent on west facing Lake/Rainbow peak during our 5pm exit. All activity confined to 10-12 inches of most recent snow.
N @ 10k HS 215cm: ECT 21RP Q3 @ 55cm, ECTN 19 @ 55cm, CT17 Q2 @ 55cm NNW @ 10K HS: 190cm: ECTN 23 @ 35cm Failure on very small grains, hard to distinguish with the naked eye. Assumed recent NSF culprit. Seems to be healing slowly compared to a pit in the same location last week. We only tested to about 100cm depths.
