Snow Characteristics Comments

Hard saying how much new snow but certainly a few inches of light density snow overnight capped by a couple of inches of slightly denser snow from today. The little storms are adding up and making riding conditions excellent.

Comments

Sensitive wind drifts with some propagating a fair distance. These were shallow (1"-5") and seemed to only entrain the newest storm snow.

I noted a slight density inversion in the new snow with the newest snow being somewhat more dense than last night's fluff.

Instabilities noted were in the new snow only.
