Weak and shallow snowpack. Heavily faceted
Checked out the area above the Mill Hollow Center, where it usually holds some of the deeper snowpack in the SW corner of the Uintas. 18" at 9k in sheltered areas...no venturing off roads. Typical Uintas shallow/weak snowpack. There seems to be some similarities to the 2013-2014 early season snowpack in the Uintas. Anything with a southerly aspect had a surprisingly thick crust. South facing slopes are generally bare all the way to 10k.
