Snow Characteristics Comments

Went for a dog walk up to nearly the top of Mount Logan. The snow pack was just a few inches deep at the trailhead to about 18 or so inches deep to where I traveled. I basically went to the toe of a major slide path off the near summit of Mount Logan. The snow pack was mostly rotten with a bit of fluff ontop. I didn't venture into the upper reaches of Mount Logan but it looked thin, scoured, and slabby.

Red Flags Comments
No new news but we are setting up for another bad avalanche cycle for when and if it snows heavily.

Sorry no photos, camera died from the cold.
