The bottom 2" or so are starting to facet.

No noticeable slabs but those venturing up to the higher elevations may find some small wind slabs near the ridgelines from today's strong winds.

Observers noted that last week's snow had settled some and provided a bit more support.

Found a nice rime coating on everything above 8800'.
