Snow Characteristics Comments
Last night's clear skies allowed for some great surface hoar this morning in the drainage bottoms and protected areas. There is nice dense settled powder on high north and a little bit of northeast. It did not take long for the heat to turn the sun exposed slopes into damp heavy snow this afternoon.

Problem #1 Comments
Not much avalanche problems observed today, I did notice some minor surface sluffing with the day time heat, but it was very limited. There were some roller balls on south facing slopes, but things were rather quiet in my travels.
Comments
I spent the day mainly on the east side of Moffit Peak and things were pretty quiet. There was some old debris from slides that likely happened during the last storm, but these only involved the storm snow.
The lower elevations really need some snow and cooler temperatures.
