Comments
Moderate firm wind slab (two finger) through most of profile. Basal facets (dug out in photo) are still weak but starting to bind together fairly well. Facets are bonded very well to the ground and form a 5 cm thick sintered layer. ECT did not fail after more than 20 aggressive tamps and multiple ski cuts across wind loaded areas and under rock did not produce any fractures or settling. Snowpack looks to be healing quite well but facets are still present and the slab is very continuous, likelyhood of producing a slide is going down but is not zero and consequence is very high given likelyhood of sliding to the ground and going big with cohesive nature of slab.
